True Beginner Yoga

Everything you want to know about beginning your own yoga journey

In this course you will start at the beginning, really! Starting with breath, the foundation of yoga. We will go over all the main poses you need to establish and be confident in your own yoga practice. We will take it slow, building each week upon the last. A weekly live call will take place at the end of the week to address any questions or concerns you may have & connect with each other. By the end of this course you will be able to move better, breathe better, balance better and be proficient in the basic yoga movements. Most importantly, everything will be taught with an emphasis on posture and longevity. We will go over safe alignment and how to do the poses correctly and without injury so that you can practice yoga for the rest of your life.
